This write-up of mine had appeared in daily Pratyaksha on 21st April 2009. The write-up had highlighted the illegal and silent incursions of China's PLA (People's Liberation Army) in the Indian state of Sikkim which had been noticed. The incursions of Chinese Army have been highlighted by media but the incursions have disastrously and strangely been unreported.

The write-up that had appeared had twice in Pratyaksha once on 8th May 2008 and again on 28th May 2008. It had attempted to throw light on many improvements which could be implemented in India’s energy sector and traffic management.
