The recent fall in Dow Jones – Was it a "Deep State" ploy?

#DowJones index recently fell by 666 points in day with assumptions of US @FederalReserve planning a massive 4-time hike in #InterestRates. Was it a product of 'Deep State' rumour factory, angered by Dow crossing 26,000-mark under President #Trump?
