This course is six-month activity. The selected female candidates get to interact directly with Param Poojya Nandai. P. P. Nandai defines Aatmabal as “To increase one’s confidence through Bhakti and surrendering this gained confidence at the Feet of the Lord, so that our life undergoes positive metamorphic changes”.
The course covers diverse, realistic and extremely interesting topics from various different fields like Professional English Speaking, Personality Development, Project Management, Time Management, SME Management (Small & Medium Size Enterprises), Dramatics, Vocational Crafts, Public Speaking, Public Debates, Child Psychology & Child Care, Cookery & Culinary Skill Enhancement, Drawing, Leadership, Vermiculture, Beautification of One’s Life, Bhakti (Worship), Seva (Devotional Service), Picture Talk (to enhance one’s observation skills), Essay Writing, etc.
The course lectures are conducted on Saturdays between 1500 hrs to 1800 hrs IST. The course finally culminates into a grand event where all the pass-outs of the course present various performances in form of dances, plays, dramas, orchestras, etc. Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu Himself along with Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada & Param Poojya Samirdada attend this grand finale. The event witnesses an overwhelming audience of more than 3000 people.
