Discourse by Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu on 30th July 2009
On the Thursday of 26th June 2009, Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu delivered His discourse as usual again at New English High School ground at Bandra East, Mumbai.
P.P. Bapu congratulated all the students who have cleared matriculation examinations for the March 2009. P.P. Bapu also went on to explain that who have failed to clear the examination or have secured marks below expectations should not consider this as the ultimate failure. Moreover their parents also shouldn’t force them to consider the same and unnecessary scold their wards. There are many other, important and bigger examinations in life than this examination. If one has faltered in this times examination or in any other examination may be academic or other the person should feel let down and surrender to the circumstances but rather stand up to the challenges, fight them and deliver the goods.
P.P. said that whatever problems we face in our life are there to make us more stronger, competent and are actually for our betterment. Further more it is the responsibility of the parents to sow this same thinking in the minds of their children and make them equipped for their future and also enhance their confidence in Lord. Whatever happens is always for our good.
To prove the above point P. P. Bapu narrated one real life story of one of His followers. There was one lady who was trying to arrange marriage of her sister. They had received profile of one very good groom and moreover after their primary discussions their side had approved the marriage. Groom’s parents had also called in-person the sister (the lady mentioned earlier) of the bride and had requested for one more meeting in which all the things could be discussed and finalized.
Accordingly the lady got ready and started from her home for her meeting. But fortunately or unfortunately the lady fell-down in the doorframe of her house itself and her back and other body parts got badly bruised. The pain was excruciating and so she informed the groom’s family of postponement of the said meeting. Then after couple of weeks she got well and again fixed up the same already postponed meeting. Now she boarded a bus for reaching groom’s place. There was one person who was carrying food items like vegetables, curry, etc in his tiffin. Now again fortunately or unfortunately the tiffin carry man lost his balance and all the contents of his tiffin fell on this lady. It was not possible for her to continue with her journey with the soiled clothes and so, again the meeting got cancelled. Now this happened to meet one of her friend who told her about the spoilt marriage of her niece. She told her that her niece’s husband and her family would blackmail her niece, torture her to extort money from her parents. When the lady (around whom the story centres) inquired about the whereabouts of her husband she was shocked to hear that the person whom her friend was complaining was the same person whom she had selected as the groom for her sister. Then the realization dawned on her that her Lord had saved her sister from falling in trap of a rowdy wolf. The story is an example to justify that whatever happens is always for good and this is always true in the case of all Shraddhavans.
P. P. BAPU EXPLAINS THE IMPORTANCE OF CHANTING OF ARADHNA-JYOTI 52
P. P. Bapu also told that Lord endows all the strength and capacity (Samarthya) on person who recites Aradhan Jyoti 52 from Mahasankatmochan Mahapanivarak Divyaprakash Aradhna book (the book we use for upasna on Thursday’s at Pravachan venue) 108 times daily for 108 continuous days for all the positive (not negative) endeavors that he requires it for.
