Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Upasana Centre Borivali East (affiliated to Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Upasana Trust) is pleased to inform you that a BLOOD DONATION CAMP would be arranged on the Upasana Centre on Sunday, 20th December 2009.

>>> Our body contains approximately 4.5 – 5 litres of blood out of which only 300ml blood is withdrawn. Immediately after donation, within 2 – 3 hours our body produces new blood cells and thus the blood in the body gets refreshed. Thus donating blood helps in stimulating generation of new blood cells and thereby increasing our fitness and immune system of our body.
>>> Blood Donation helps reduce chances of heart attack to one-third.
2) Param Poojya Bapu likes it the most…
>>> As we all know it’s the time when we all Shraddhavans celebrate Vardhaman Vrathdhiraj and as per Param Poojya Bapu this is the time when we should donate something. *** DONORS ARE REQUESTED TO AVOID TAKING ANY FORM OF ALLOPATHIC, HOMEOPATHIC, AYURVEDIC OR UNANI MEDICINES RIGHT FROM TODAY (DONOR SHOULD NOT HAVE CONSUMED MEDICINES ATLEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE DONATION) IF THEY HAVE TO DONATE BLOOD ON THIS SUNDAY.
*** FURTHER DONORS SHOULD AVOID SMOKING AND TAKING ALCOHOLIC DRINKS FROM ATLEAST SATURDAY (24 HOURS BEFORE DONATION) IF THEY HAVE TO DONATE BLOOD ON THIS SUNDAY.
