This is to inform all the devotees that a special pravachan (discourse) on the concept of Ram-Rajya would be held by P. P. Aniruddha Bapu on Thursday, 6th May 2010 at Shri Harigurugram, Bandra (East), Mumbai. This day will be celebrated as Ram Rajya Sthapana Diwas. The discourse of P. P. Bapu will start exactly at 7:00 pm sharp and would continue till 10:00 pm i.e. for three hours with one break of 20 minutes in the middle.
Anticipating a huge rush and gathering of crowds following are some of the elaborate arrangements that are put in place by Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation and also there are few requests to the devotees that would be visiting Shri Harigurugram on that day to be followed for controlling and managing the crowds.
1) Try to reach as early as possible as a huge surge of crowd is expected to be present at Shri Harigurugram on that day.
2) Devotees and DMVs (Disaster Management Volunteers) should carry essentials like a bottle of water, pack of biscuits, medicines, cap, etc. with them.

3) The places available at Shri Harigurugram and in the areas surrounding where seating arrangement of devotees has been would be allotted on first-come-first served basis.
4) Once a devotee occupies his seat he should try not to vacate it as there won't be any claim on it kept or reservation made. Hence the devotees should carry the essentials mentioned above with them before entering the line for seating.
5) The devotees are required to sit for the entire time they enter the main ground of Shri Harigurugram till atleast 10:00 pm. So if any devotee can't sit for long hours continuously on the floor or has to frequently use toilet, he/ she should avoid seating in the main ground of Shri Harigurugram.
6) Devotees who are carrying their vehicles should park them as far away from Shri Harigurugram as possible. Parking arrangements have been made on eastern side of Shri Harigurugram in the Bandra-Kurla Complex near Asian Heart Institute.
7) Devotees should strictly follow instructions of DMVs while parking their vehicles so as to avoid causing inconvenience to fellow devotees and others.
8) Devotees carrying their private vehicles should remove their footwear in their vehicles.
9) Special stands for keeping footwear would be erected in front of Gate Number 2 & 3 of Shri Harigurugram for devotees and in front of Gate Number 1 for volunteers.
10) Arrangements for providing free water to the devotees would be made by our Sanstha.
11) Devotees who have their seating arrangement outside Shri Harigurugram would not be allowed to use the toilets inside Shri Harigurugram. A special arrangement of mobile toilets would be provided outside Shri Harigurugram in front of Gate Number 2 & 3. Devotees availing this facility are requested to follow strict line discipline.
12) There would be separate queues for entrance in Shri Harigurugram for old-aged, handicapped and outstation resident devotees as usual at Shri Harigurugram.
13) The start of general line for entrance in Shri Harigurugram would start from Kherwadi Police Station.
14) Gate Number 1 of Shri Harigurugram would serve as entrance gate for VIPs and VVIPs as it is on any other Thursdays.
15) Canteen as usual would be made available by the Foundation between Gate Number 2 and 3 inside Shri Harigurugram and besides stage in the main ground of Shri Harigurugram.
16) Devotees who are carrying old-aged and handicapped devotees in their vehicles can drop them at Shri Harigurugram and then proceed to park their vehicles.
17) Separate seating arrangement would be made available for out-station devotees inside Shri Harigurugram. But the seat allotted to them would be limited and once their quota is exhausted they will have to use general line for entrance into Shri Harigurugram.
18) A squad of 25 motorcycle riders would be kept ready at T-Junction at Sion to guide the buses in which out-station devotees would arrive. The motorcycle riders would accompany the buses to the parking slots.
19) Sukh Savarni would also happen as usual after the discourse.
20) No stalls like Raddi Yojana, Baramas Chara Yojana, Charkha Yojana, etc would be erected at Shri Harigurugram for convenience of devotees and also for helping in accommodating more devotees inside Shri Harigurugram.
21) All DMVs who have enrolled themselves for seva would be reporting at AADM Counter at Gate Number 2 of Shri Harigurugram. They have to compulsorily carry the essentials mentioned above along with pocket-line (rope), disaster management kit, torch and have to be present in complete AADM Uniform at 3:30 pm.
22) For controlling and managing the crowds only DMVs have been taken to perform seva so that the necessary discipline and control is maintained.
23) The Foundation has got complete Disaster Management Plan in place, has invited hundreds of DMVs to control and manage the crowds, has got the necessary backup force of DMVs in place and has also setup a well coordinated Control Room, so devotees are requested to strictly follow the instructions of DMVs keenly and in case of any emergency not to panic.
