This posting is to update all the readers about the observance of Shree Hanuman Challisa Pathaan (Chanting) 108 times daily from Monday, 11th May 2009 to Sunday, 17th May 2009 at Shree Kshetra Gurukshetram (Happy Home) Khar, Mumbai.
The event is in line with announcement of Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu last year that the pujan of all the Gods and Goddess at Shree Kshetra Gurukshetram would be performed once a year. The period starting from Vaishakh (month in Hindu calendar which generally coincides with month of May in the English calendar) Poornima (full moon day) and 9 days from thereon, every year would be the period specifically designated for chanting of Shree Hanuman Challisa
The same event was also held last year as well. At that time Param Poojya Bapu had asked everyone to visit and attend the chanting as many times as possible.
Devotees (Bhaktas) can also carry with them a coconut as an offering to the Gods, which once offered the half portion of the fruit would to be given to the bhakta to be taken home as Prasad (a part from sacred offerings to the Lord given to Bhaktas for consumption). Special arrangement has been made from last year for all the bhaktas for breaking and offering coconuts at Shree Kshetra Gurukshetram.
Logically speaking, the two conditions mentioned above should accordingly be followed for this year as well. Param Poojya Bapu, Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada, themselves attend the chanting sessions that start at 800 hrs in the morning and culminate at 1900 hrs in the evening and bless all the bhaktas.
108 specially selected volunteers from Aniruddha Upasna Trust and its various allied bodies perform this chanting throughout the day.
Bhaktas can also take the benefit of Udi (Sacred Ash), Prasad,etc from the visit. Just to refresh memories of readers Shree Kshetra Gurukshetram is considered as a pilgrim place which impart benefit of visiting 108 other holy or pilgrim place. It is the holiest and the most sacred of the places’ in the universe.

Shree Avdhoot Chintan 2009 Utsav (Datta Yag)
Meanwhile the Shree Avdhoot Chintan 2009 Utsav was held with great pomp and zeal, last week. Thousands of volunteers under the divine guidance of Param Poojya Bapu, Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada and Poojya Samirdada worked day and night to make this event a grand success.
